About the company

MR Consult EOOD was established in 2004 with main fields of activity such as consultancy, project management and representation.

The fast and dynamic development of the company, the experience and building in trust in the restructuring and stabilizing of production plants, organization and resources management, development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and the contribution for successful buy out from strategic investors are mainly related to the participation in several successful projects of the ЕСМ – Europa Capital Management company and the Bulgarian Post Privatization Fund in Bulgaria.

Among these projects were ZMK Nikopol JSc /production of multilayered cardboard/, Rodina AD /production of corrugated board and boxes/. Other successful projects were developed with Dunapack Rodina AD /production of corrugated board and boxes/ and KAI Group /production of ceramic tilеs/.
